Current Affairs (Term 2 Wk 7)

Q: Traffic woes are part and parcel of a bustling city. Discuss

I feel that traffic woes are part and parcel of a bustling city, however, there is a possibility that if everyone is more polite and courteous on the road, and there would be less traffic woes.

Traffic woes are mainly caused by inconsiderate drivers who drive too fast, those who cut into other people’s driving lane and many other reason which can cause a disagreement.

So, is it possible to have fewer traffic woes, but it is not really possible to have no traffic woes. In a bustling city, there are many vehicles and some are driving at leisure pace while some may be rushing off for an event or work in which they will speed and they would normally be rather impatient.

Some people prefer to drive slowly, while others like to drive fast. Some are unsure of where to do and some may even do illegal turns. But what so ever, these are only some of the minor disagreements.

In conclusion, traffic woes are part and parcel of a bustling city. There are simply too many vehicles and different styles of driving on the road. It is not possible for everyone to be courteous on the roads and it is also not possible for there to be no traffic woes. However, fewer traffic woes is possible.
