About myself
Welcome to my blog. To start it off, I shall tell you somethings about myself.
I was from Bukit Timah Primary School and I scored an aggregate of 258 + 2…...meaning I am very near and close to the cut-off-point of hwa chong this year which is 259, so I would really have to work twice as hard to “survive”.
I like to play tennis, basketball, table tennis, badminton, etc. But my favourite would be Tennis. I have trained for about 2+ years and plan to take tennis as my CCA. For tennis, my favourite player would be Rafael Nadal and he never fails to run after every single ball, I aspire to be like him (though I know not so possible).
I have interest in music too, though I don’t like to sing or perform. I have a grade 5 in piano, but I have totally given up on piano, so don’t ask me to play it or ask me stuff about it, I have totally no idea. Currently, I play the western drums (but only grade 2 -.-). My favourite band used to be Guns N Roses followed by Linkin Park. But now I have been influenced to listen to a different genre of music, Metal. The 1st band I knew was metallica and slowly after finding their CD at HMV, another band caught my eye, immortal, and from then, I have been searching for Metal bands at shops and on the internet. I have influenced quite a few friends too from my primary school to listen to them =D. Anyway, my current favourite band would be Dark Funeral. It is a Black Metal band which consist of 5 members. My favourite song would be Attera Totus Sanctus by Dark Funeral in their latest album. I also listen to Bloodbath’s Like Fire and Cry My Name often.
For academic, I personally do not like studying. I like to watch TV programmes such as Mythbusters, air crash investigations and so on for leisure. I don’t really take note of the details in the show, and same for academic subjects. Hehe. I do not like presenting in class or reading aloud (so my OP will have a big problem). But anyway, this is life, so I’ll just have to do my best and try to make as many friends as possible and excel in both sports and studies in Hwa Chong Institution. Hope i will have a good time in HCI =D
